Notion of the day

While sitting relaxed, are you lethargic even to change your own physical position?

You are not lazy; you are just obeying Newton’s first law of inertia.

So don’t worry if you cannot overcome the physical laziness, as long as it is not completely consuming you.  😉

            athe exact ayi parayan patoola.. worked/working on short film projects as assistants and associates.. pinne once i complete at least 3 shorts films under my direaction, will approach the producers. Its like by day work for my family by evening/off days i work for my passion!! 🙂

      Whole day sitting in front of damn laptop/desktop.you don’t move an inch.. Eyes glued yo the screen staring it more closer . ur hands reluctant to leave the mouse . nor the keyboard. Ah!!! Are u a future victim of arthritis??? People definitely need to movement.. Little twist and turn. Got to get a for a second from the seat and see the depression crested on chair at least .
