Time Dilation

Seconds are too significant while compared to distance.

Does it sound a little bit weird? Comparing time and distance on a same scale? That too with dominance of time over distance..

I’ am alright; nothing has gone wrong with me when I said it.

But I happened to be in my own space station where my seconds are lagging behind your time.

Yes, experiencing a time dilation with relativity theory in my space station..;)

Do not know whether I am moving towards you or away from you to observe the elapsed time:)…my mind is dilated thinking about time relative to distance and space!

hey..you are already dilated.. thank God that we will meet soon.. or as you said, going away…? even then chances are there as universe cannt expand beyond a limit.

I know I’ve spent too much time trying to understand the theory of relativity!

leave it chitra….i become crazy at times.. crazy upon the mysteries of universe.. time dilation is one such thing…it’s like there happens a time lag if you are in a space station compared to the clock on ground station..

Time and distance are weird things to grasp when put in the same theory. They both seem to compliment one another, however.

It takes time to travel distance while we are distant away from our future. We cover distance everyday while time travels right along with us. They are hand in hand

[…] does time get slow down when we approach the speed of light as mentioned in Time Dilation ? So next what happens when we travel at the speed of light? Time must stop forever, isn’t it..? […]
