Wanted to get some information from xxx person. So was thinking how to contact xxx. And interestingly, xxx was there in news, two days later. Then late night took a book and surprised to see a mention of xxx. Got a phone call in the next day morning wherein which also the person told about xxx.  Weird..

Surprised on the occurrences..? Is the universe trying to convey something.. 😉

When something is there in our mind, it comes in front of us.

Like, now you thought about me, and I am here, making the connection.. 😉

Or a pregnant woman finds pregnant ladies everywhere around her.

Or when I bought a new car, I could see many people driving them all over the roads.

Are all these some pure coincidences..?. Or is it like, it was there before also. But our senses didn’t record it then. And now, there happened some causes to record it in our brain.

Our brain was looking for information connected to us.  So we surround ourselves with information related to our thoughts. And we feel a natural increase in frequency of those occurrences. It is nothing but a selective attention, overlooking many other countless things that surround us.  And this is “frequency illusion”.

I am quite sure many of you might have experienced this cognitive bias. If not, be ready to experience this brainy stimulation in the next few days.

Oh! My dictionary has become food for ants.  Did they enter the bookbinding to learn some new words and mock at me?

I literally had to struggle to kick them out of my book. So many were killed during the process though not cautiously. I was a little bit worried on seeing them losing their lives. But did I have any other options to save my dictionary?

Seems my mirror neurons (The neurons which fires your empathy and allows you to grasp the emotions of others) are activated a little bit. But still am I really guilty for what I did? I can’t kill an animal or a bird. (Not because of my goodness but to save myself from the guilty feeling) If my mirror neurons are working then, why not fully in the case of these poor ants? If I could hear them crying, maybe I wouldn’t have.. Is it like that..? I donno actually.

An afterthought: Actually why do we need to have this weird phenomenon of empathy causing all these confusions? Actually is it really empathy or selfishness as I posted in Painful..

I believe that the greatest wonder in the world is mind. And it is the super-fast traveller in the universe. It can travel back and forth in time. Mind tries to pull or push you away from present. It makes you wander in the past and future.

It is not time bounded. There is no start or end for the mind journey. No one can tie it down. Therefore there is no time in mind.

Oh.. mind is winning over time.. It is really great while thinking more on it.

We always tell like ‘time will go on’. But often we forget about the exception, i.e. our own mind. Our thoughts wander here and there like a free horse, sometimes slowly, sometime swiftly.

When we think about the whole universe, it is rolling over time from past to future.. (or is it from future to past..?. I donno.)

There is no return path for the life in universe.  It cannot go back to past (or can it go back?, I donno). Time passes whether we measure it or not..

But time does not exist in mind. It is freed from time. Have you wondered about this mystery of mind..?

Consciousness; is it an illusion?

After all, we are physical beings, driven by a physical brain.

So how comes a software embedded in the brain connecting us with the outside world?

Who feeds the program into the hardware?

How can a physical brain help us to experience the world?

Can yoga and meditation unleash your super powers? Or is there something else to be practiced?

How could this Iceman, Wim Hof  stay submerged in ice for almost two hours without any change in his body temperature?

How could this magnet man, Liew Thow Lin stick metal objects to his body..?

How could Shakuntala Devi become a human computer?

There are many super heroes in this world of zero limits, raising the eyebrows of many scientists. Can science answer all these? May be psychic science can answer. I donno if there is such a branch of science actually. 😉

Between, if you can have one super power based on psychic and paranormal phenomenon, what it could be?

  • Flying
  • Invisibility
  • Time travel
  • Mind control
  • Or something else.. what it is..?

Open your mind and heart, there are signs awaiting your attention. It’s neither luck nor a miracle. You are being guided through these signs. Don’t let them simply pass you by.

So don’t miss these signs and signals. And after all who knows whether these are signals from some aliens beyond our solar system.

Many a times, we always have a “This is it” feeling, a gut instinct. And often it works out. We are unaware of the reasons behind our gut instincts. They are felt at once.

Instincts are not something in our brain; they are some feelings. In fact, instincts play tricks in our intelligent brain making us cautious on some unfamiliar things, making us conscious on the environment.

They can’t be called as some random thoughts; instead they are some scientific feelers.  It’s actually, every cell in our body thinking alike and working together.

“List every time your gut instinct helped you.” I read somewhere like this. Sounds good, no?

So how do you exercise your intuitive senses to make it sharper?

How do you decide which gut instincts to believe, supporting your feelings with facts?

There is a bowl of salad with green, red, yellow and orange vegetables grabbing my attention. Being attracted by the colours, I took an orange piece with my fork. At once, the pale green piece, near to the orange one, jumped back and buried itself. Then to my surprise, I found many more pieces trying to escape from my fork.

What happened to my salad..? Are these vegetables playing hide and seek?

Just like every other living being, do plants feel pain?

But science tells me ‘Without a nervous system, you can’t feel pain and hence the plant won’t feel it’.

After all, is pain an essential stuff for life?

The poor plants even don’t have an option to move to escape from pain. So better to believe that the creator is not as cruel as to make the plants feel that torture of pain.

Origin of life.. It’s always an interesting, but confusing thought.

There are many theories on the origin of life.

It is heard that Aristotle was the first to attempt to define life. And many more theories evolved later, but always ended up with some loopholes.

The more we pin down to know the same, the more it gets deviated.

We may never be able to solve the puzzles, “Where are we from?”

Or if the life could be recreated from scratch, then we may have the answer.

Perhaps, if life didn’t originate on earth at all..? Oh.. can it happen like that..? Might be, it was all done by some aliens way back. They placed the DNA life seeds on our earth.. hmm.. Then who created that alien..? How did they originate..?

Where is my shawl, let me cover my head. I don’t want to think anymore.. Seems some aliens are watching me..

My grandmother used to advise me to sleep in the East West direction. Initially, I thought it to be some traditional belief of old generation. Later on I came to know about the magnetic field acting behind the same.
Yes, the North-South direction of Earth has a big role to play here.

Earth is a big magnet. The magnetic field lines of earth spread across North-South directions.

And you know, our body acting as a conductor, pass current while lying in the same field directions of earth.  This current passing through our brain can cause pressure on it leading to haemorrhages and paralytic strokes depending upon the strength of our body system.

But still I doubt..is the Earth’s magnetic field so strong to have any noticeable impact on the currents in our brain ?
