Day 1: “I am running late, so let me skip the morning work out . I am doing it regularly, so no issues if I skip on a  day”

Day 2: “It’s heavily raining. Seems I cannt go out for jogging. Will go tomorrow for sure”

Day 3: ” Having some pain in my legs. Better if I take rest today and skip the work out”

Day 4 : <<…….>>

No harm if you dilute things once or twice. And only the first time, you will have a reluctance to skip that [ dilute your routine]. There after you will get used to the dilution process 😉

So have that realistic plan of action as Doctor Jonathan mentioned here  if you really wanna be physically fit.

And escape from dilution.

You always prioritise things in your life.

You are well organized to manage your daily routine.

You have a clear cut plan to achieve your long term targets.

Everything is well scheduled in your time planner.

Now, let me just ask “ Do you have a time for your soul, do you have that ‘me-time’ planned, if you can schedule even for the smallest thing in your life, why is there no planned time for your own self?

Don’t be guilty of the time spend in solitude. It’s always worth as it can cherish your inner soul and thereby spreading the warmth of energy all around you. So give yourself permission to have a little me-time.

Me- time doesn’t necessarily mean being alone. Do whatever makes your soul energised even if it is for a few minutes as posted in waves

“I want it. It’s my life dream. Always I think about it, but end up no where. How sad..”

“I want it. It’s my life dream. Always I think about it and plan for it, but end up no where. How sad..”

“I want it. It’s my life dream. Always I think about it, plan for it and work for it, but end up no where. How sad..”

I don’t feel sorry for any of them. Luck, fate all are alligned to ones own acts. If your dream or passion is not alligned to your work ethic, then how can you fly high. Negatives will always be there, like hurdles. But hold on your work ethic under any circumstances and work to overcome all those real obstacles on your path. Have well set milestones and track it on time. It can only take you to your dream as posted here

“Oh finally it’s over. It’s time to enjoy.. I am free now…I am gonna watch a few movies, then sleep, then what.. Okay, an outing….”

The wishes go on..

We often fall into a false state of mind after the mission accomplishment. The non-ending relaxed mode.

The mission could be an exam, an interview or a tedious project or anything demanded one’s hard work.

Yes, Room for rest is very much important. But usually we have a tendency to fall into the non-ending rest mode. There needs to be an end for this rest mode to enter into the work mode.

Normally one will be having a well set plan till the last day of the mission. But what about after that?

Planning is essential not only for implementation, but also for sustenance. So don’t just stop planning once the work is over. Better to plan not only for ‘mission hours’ but also for ‘after mission hours’. Or plan at least on the very first day of the rest mode. Otherwise days are going to be out of control and very lately only one could realize how he/she wasted the days.

Also, don’t get too caught up in the plan making oneself stressed and ruining a good vacation. Sit back and take a deep breath if things aren’t going as planned. After all it’s all about making oneself refreshed after a heavy work.

So what’s your plan for the holidays, vacation..? Don’t let someone else drive you, making you lazy. Never make yourself in a sorry state to your own mind after the rest period.

On asking a help, if you are responding inappropriately, how can I approach u again?

Or is that what you wanted, i.e I shouldn’t come again ? Then you are lost as I got your plan. 😉

I always worried seeing people buried themselves in their mobile phones or laptop the whole day. I believed never could I understand their thoughts which makes themselves so much addicted to this virtual world.

But this wordpress taught me a great lesson… The lesson which I could never ever study from facebook or what’s app or any other social media.

I could see how much I got involved in this blogging word- reading, commenting, posting…. How easily it grabbed my time for the past few weeks…

Yes, it’s time to apply some controlling torque…otherwise my routine tasks will be punishing me especially in the morning halves. Let me ensure that I wont be logging into wordpress in the morning half of my days. Let me make scheduled posts so that wordpress will work for me even in my absence.

Friends.. what is your plan..Have you already drawn a line..? Or are you a crazy social media follower..?

Few days back Mrudula asked me “Plans made for studying never work.. Isn’t it? “

What will you answer her?

Isn’t it a clock or a time table coming to our mind whenever we think about planning?

Is that enough for planning..? Are you focused on time planning ..? ( splitting the tasks on a timely mode)

Recently I read some interview of an IAS candidate. He was telling like never did he cut down his lessons as the planned time is over. He worked over night to meet the deadlines and completed his studies without compromising the quality of his studies.

He had a great point there.

Have your goals fixed in both time domain as well as in quality domain, have intermittent targets, work hard. That’s it.

Planning every now and then, and when into execution,

Plan changed..Re-planned..execution started..

Plan changed..Re-planned..execution started..

  •
  •

Finally stopped planning anymore.
