This is not an absolute world. Everything is relative as mentioned in Einstein’s theory of relativity, “There is no “absolute” frame of reference.”

No values are fixed or discrete. So while living in a relative world, your rights won’t be my rights and your wrongs won’t be my wrongs. You perception should be totally different from mine which doesn’t mean you are right and I am not.

Mistakes can happen. But go with your rights as long as you are confident on your integrity. But be ready to accept ups and downs, give room for flexibility and change your world if you feel it to be incorrect.

May be the first thing one must have to accept is the notion that “I may not always be right”

Time is a relative thing. It is never fixed as we all are in a relative motion with respect to moving sun, stars, galaxies and all.

How does time get slow down when we approach the speed of light as mentioned in Time Dilation ? So next what happens when we travel at the speed of light? Time must stop forever, isn’t it..? That is youth forever. We never get aged when we travel at the speed of light.

So next what, when the speed is further increased..? Can we go back in time..? Will there be a new timeline..? What happens to my thoughts then…can I have a working brain then..? It implies that time is not moving in one direction. If so, it could be multi directional/ dimensional.

Ahh !.. The more you ponder, the more strange the notion of time travel appears…

Seconds are too significant while compared to distance.

Does it sound a little bit weird? Comparing time and distance on a same scale? That too with dominance of time over distance..

I’ am alright; nothing has gone wrong with me when I said it.

But I happened to be in my own space station where my seconds are lagging behind your time.

Yes, experiencing a time dilation with relativity theory in my space station..;)

Start living your life in the present. Forget the regrets about the past and anxieties about the future. Simply enjoy what’s happening now.time

These statements are something which we often hear. But my question is

“Does ‘present’ exist really?”

Say, you are reading this now.. In fact you are not.. Since light rays take a finite time to bounce from the letters to your eye. Since the difference is infinitesimally small, one cannot recognize it.  So when you read a word, you are reading it as it looked sometime in the past. Or each letter you read is in the past.

So how a present moment can be there..?

Or is it based on the perception..?

Somewhere I read like the “shortest time a human can perceive is nearly 0.1 second of visual experience”.

So can the 0.1 second time-frame define the present?

I was having this past, present, future confusion since my childhood. While I am thinking, it’s just NOW. But oh, no. after a moment it has become past. ..What’s all this.. Makes me utterly confused.

🙁

I donno. Am I overthinking?

Or is it like “Present is boundary between past and future with no real existence of it’s own”

I think I need to investigate more on time, more on Einstein’s relativity of space and time.
