What is the thing uppermost in your mind that you are least willing to compromise or spare on a normal routine day in your life among the three ? (Not during any exceptional cases or extreme cases)

Day 1: “I am running late, so let me skip the morning work out . I am doing it regularly, so no issues if I skip on a  day”

Day 2: “It’s heavily raining. Seems I cannt go out for jogging. Will go tomorrow for sure”

Day 3: ” Having some pain in my legs. Better if I take rest today and skip the work out”

Day 4 : <<…….>>

No harm if you dilute things once or twice. And only the first time, you will have a reluctance to skip that [ dilute your routine]. There after you will get used to the dilution process 😉

So have that realistic plan of action as Doctor Jonathan mentioned here  if you really wanna be physically fit.

And escape from dilution.

Work to meet your dreams, but with less chaos in your routine

Frantic buzzing echoing in ears

Tempting to ignore the rhythm of routine

Waves of worries dancing around

Drawing to fall in the pool of uncertainties

The stubborn heart trying hard

To stop the nerves from breaking n bleeding

Lips weaving a forged smile

To bring her back from the emotional edges.

There is a cycle of chain. Once we are clung to that, the wheel just rotates until battery drains. Never have we got a chance to look back. What happened to that vision of living a fully intentional life?

Immersed in the daily routine, we often forget to offer a little space and time to our own self.

So the game is on, post your questions for self analysis…let us think on your words…

My two cents…

“What has been the most interesting part of your week?

Can you remember that one thing which made you smile today?”

Let us hear your thought provoking questions and bring that lost art of introspection back.

He went out, opened the door, and took the newspapers from the corridor. Wished someone jogging outside. Started reading the newspapers with a cup of coffee in his hands.

We are used to certain things. And we do them a kind of robotically as we are very much used to them. We know how to do it or when to do it. So we are just doing the same without looking around, without perceiving much from the surroundings.

There is a saying about one’s skill like ‘he can do it even while sleeping’. They are pointing to the expertise of that one. But will the environment be same always? What’s the point in doing something unconsciously, without having any control over the changed environment?

Even if the environment is not changed, do we really watch it consciously while doing the routine stuffs..?

She sits with her laptop the whole day. After a while, found her searching for the pen-drive everywhere in the home. Lately only she noticed that it was there upon her laptop table itself.

May be her eyes have seen that pen-stick lying just near to her. But she didn’t sense it at all. Or rather the impulse hasn’t reached her nervous system.

Be sensible and stop blaming on sense organs. Let the consciousness win over the sleepy mind.

Have you thought why our sense organs are not working in the way they are expected?

May be if that coherence happened with the senses, the world would have been crowded with Einsteins or Newtons. 😉

In this virtual world people come, leave, reappear after a gap. It has become very common here and there are people who creates a lasting effect through their social approach. This guy is one among them. Have a great time Prashanth
