The poor eyes..

How long they are working in a day.

What will be the all-day efficiency of eyes..? Just like a distribution transformer, they are forced to work in their entire life time.

We will rarely realize the eye strain or simply ignore it as our routine stuffs won’t allow us to give a break to our eyes.

Relax your eye muscles. Don’t make them fatigued leading to ache, vision issues. Treat it as your primary task as eyes are the windows to the world.

Do eye exercises

Wash eyes often

Get enough sleep

Drink plenty of water

Eat for good vision

Remember to blink

Follow 20-20-20 rule

Remove eye makeup at the end of day

Get your eyes examined regularly

Parents normally advise the kids to wake up early. Is there any advantage in being a morning bird? They tell like the morning sun rays can energise you. Then why not the moon light in night..?

I think, the night owls would be much smarter than the morning birds.

Night owls are working behind the scenes. No one is actually aware what they are doing. (Don’t overthink on the stereotypical myth.)So in a way their knowledge and expertise appear to be a big surprise for you. The real smartness.. isn’t it..?

My grandmother used to advise me to sleep in the East West direction. Initially, I thought it to be some traditional belief of old generation. Later on I came to know about the magnetic field acting behind the same.
Yes, the North-South direction of Earth has a big role to play here.

Earth is a big magnet. The magnetic field lines of earth spread across North-South directions.

And you know, our body acting as a conductor, pass current while lying in the same field directions of earth.  This current passing through our brain can cause pressure on it leading to haemorrhages and paralytic strokes depending upon the strength of our body system.

But still I doubt..is the Earth’s magnetic field so strong to have any noticeable impact on the currents in our brain ?

Learning something really tough and complex..

There are two options in front of you,

  1. Just ignore it and move on to the next. If it is also complex, repeat the process and end nowhere. 😉
  2. Try to eat every bit of it at a go itself, make yourself struggled with it and win over it. Nothing should be remained as unlearned on the very first go itself 😉

If you are choosing the first option, just quit reading the reaming part of the post.

If it is option two for you, no doubt that nothing will remain in your mind when it is time for use of the learned stuffs.

So definitely a third option should be there. So what is that third option for you..?

On the first day, when we are trying to read/learn something, we will be feeling as if a complete mess all over. Just go with that .. We have a tomorrow also.

Next day also, start from the scratch.. don’t you feel the opening of your third eye..?

Yes, after the reset (sound sleep over night), things are going to be much clearer as we already laid the foundation.

Resetting has got a great importance to make ourselves fresh.

Increase the days depending on the complexity or how fast you are learning. Do more and more exploration rather than limiting to the same old stuffs.. more and more browsing.

And no doubt that, things will be under control on the final day, if you are not ready to lose it in between. Now go back to your founding steps ..see.. it is not at all a mess now..
