The poor eyes..
How long they are working in a day.
What will be the all-day efficiency of eyes..? Just like a distribution transformer, they are forced to work in their entire life time.
We will rarely realize the eye strain or simply ignore it as our routine stuffs won’t allow us to give a break to our eyes.
Relax your eye muscles. Don’t make them fatigued leading to ache, vision issues. Treat it as your primary task as eyes are the windows to the world.
Do eye exercises
Wash eyes often
Get enough sleep
Drink plenty of water
Eat for good vision
Remember to blink
Follow 20-20-20 rule
Remove eye makeup at the end of day
Get your eyes examined regularly
missed you! <3

Hmmm
Great advice, got me thinking.
infact, don’t take it as an advice..i strongly recommend everyone to have investigation upon one’s own eyes.
One thing you perhaps forgot to mention is that anyone with a family history of glaucoma (on mother;s side or father’s) MUST get a check-up and ophthalmological advise as glaucoma can lead to TOTAL blindness in old age.
Thanks a lot sir for sharing the input…
Great post indeed. Away from , mobile , laptop and tv screen can help us too.
thank you
Superr posts, we can all see the world around just cz of eyes. But what’s this 20-20-20 ?
thanks dear ..Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away… just do this while using lap or mobile continuously..

20-20-20???whts it??? And chechee..,I have heard that the best thing to do is wash your eyes with water in which a pure rose flower is kept overnight.. Eyes attain health and freshness if we so that 🙂
Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away.this is to give your eyes a break from screen..

The eye’s work so hard and we take them for granted. Great tips.

This is a point I falter on, so badly. I went to an optician yesterday to get my eyes checked and order new glasses – first time in TEN YEARS. And such a simple thing as washing away eye makeup in the evening? Aaah yeah, no. I forget more often than I remember it, my pillow probably holds more makeup by now than my face ever did.
Thanks for sharing your experience…it’s all some simple things..we need to put a conscious effort
thats important especially for IT professionals like us who stare at codes for 9 hrs in a small laptop screen ..
Yes suprith…and we rarely pay attention on this
