Live in the moment, often heard
‘Live in the moment’, often heard, but seldom practiced. Because we have got a million distractions. And well I was not an exception to this ‘no-practice’ until a point in my life. But putting in a conscious effort now as the way being the goal itself.

There would be a millions reasons to worry about. But when you are brushing hair, just do that. Don’t worry about everything else. Simplest moments of life matters a lot, just sink in those simple moments forgetting the worries, letting go of everything else.
Let us own nothing but the moments we are in. Make every moment fulfilled
Cerebrate every moments, even not so great moments
Be it a good day or a bad day, be it success or failure celebrate the moments,
if you breathed it fully,
if you went with it fully,
if you put in your best,
then just celebrate it !
It’s your hard work that calls an applause and not the outcomes!
Celebrate the life even without any reasons as who knows if there is another breath present in the next moment.
What if I die at this moment?
It is more important to live alive while accepting the thought of your own death, which makes you prepared not to die, but to live every moment.

Those chirping birds which fly high in the sky are not over thinking. They are living for the day, living in the moment and happy hence.
Don’t search for the purpose or meaning to everything, there are things beyond our senses.
Don’t search for happiness but just make it around, weaving compassion and living in every moment. It is so nice if you can make a smile on others face even just for a moment as I scribbled here A smile of momentary happiness.

Feel emotions, flee not
Escaping from emotions won’t make you relaxed and focus on the now moments. Feel the emotions for whatever it is. Accept for what it is. Cry if you wanna, laugh if you wanna, be empty if you wanna. There is nothing insane about that. More over, it’s about the self awareness while feeling or expressing your emotions. In fact then only we are actually living in the moment.
