Are you fed up of the weight of the grief you carry in your tears?

Are you feeling that it’s not just emotionally painful, but physically too?

If so, you are not reading this by chance,

Its time for an intimate date with yourself, to examine your life, to do an introspection, to hear your own voice.

Hold on to hope, you can’t be lost. But don’t hold back the tears, it can only flood your heart. Don’t sacrifice too much, no one cares

Whatever you lost was a just an offering

Now close your eyes and just inhale this

Put in our best. If it’s not reciprocated in the way you think or expect, accept it as it is (read more Moving on with the grief in hand). We can only go with whatever we’ve. After all why do we need to expect? Going with the heart is our job, the rest is not in our hands.

And personally, for me it is not ethical to expect even a gratitude in return. If I’m favoring them, it’s my will, it’s my wish.. That’s all. In a way I’m doing for myself, so I’m not expecting them to send me even a thank-you note!

Lachrymal glands are sourced by expectations, expectations of togetherness, expectations of thankfulness and so on.
